Built in 1919, this 1,700-room property had budgeted for room renovation on only two of eighteen floors.
LMA has partnered with the property since 1998. In this period, we have moved from traditional to electronic advertising; used public relations and social media; produced collaterals and design components. We registered the selling line, ‘The World’s Most Popular Hotel’ recognizing the scope of the property.
The hotel has perennially achieved 90% + occupancy levels. The web site achieves 250,000 unique visitors monthly, delivering in excess of $1.5 million in reservations.
